These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Techno M Software Company (the owner of Captain City, Captain Vendor, and Captain Delivery) and the users of these platforms.
The Company: Techno M Software Company, based in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Captain City App: The platform for customers to order goods and services.
Captain Vendor App: The platform for merchants to display products and manage orders.
Captain Delivery App: The platform for delivery service providers (captains).
Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or use the app under parental supervision.
Account: Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled by the Cairo courts.
Merchants: Must ensure products match descriptions and issue tax invoices per Egyptian law.
Delivery Captains: Must deliver orders in their original condition and follow traffic laws.
Customers: Must pay the specified order value and refrain from placing fake orders.
